Are your products brand-new?

- Yes our products are brand new (unless otherwise indicated in the product description). These have been taken out of the boxes and tested. Boxes and packaging may have some wear due to unboxing.

How much are your shipping fees?

- Standard Shipping via Ninja Van are 80 Php for within Metro Manila with 3-5 day delivery / 150 Php for provincial shipping with 5-7 day delivery

- Same day express shipping via Lalamove is also available within Metro Manila only. Buyer will need to pay Lalamove driver.

What are your payment options?

- We accept Credit & Debit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfers, Cash-On-Delivery / G-Cash

Why do I have to send a government-issued photo ID for Cash-On-Delivery payment method?

- This is to ensure that you would receive your order in promptly and in best condition.
